Exxon knew more than 35 years ago that human emissions of carbon would cause catastrophic effects and costs, heating and destabilization of earth’s climate.
Instead of acting then, 35 years ago to reduce deadly carbon emissions to protect their own children’s futures, Exxon and other dirty dead energy industries chose selfishly to value their own private, immediate bank account numbers then more than their own children’s future, more than their own private future ……stupidly.
WE NEED A MORE LOGICAL ECONOMY NOW, AN "ECOLOGICAL ECONOMY" TO CHANGE THE COURSE OF EARTH'S HISTORY NOW PLEASE
We need a more logical economy, an "ecological economics" that values logic too....logic of links between actions and outcomes now and generations from now.....to protect the innocent now and generations from now from those that limit their counts to mechanical rates of cash of only one obvious now.
But the cash-driven of only 1%, of a cash-driven, fossilized dead energy industry have crushed the ability of America to even consider a more logical, functional economy to lift all up to light, even a cash-driven 1%…..crushing voices of science and life instead….while wrapping the cash-driven fossil fuel industry in deceitful lies of “pro-life” and “capitalist” …..while crushing nature’s economic, productive capital, inhabitants and habitats that any need to survive day to day and minute to minute.
FACT: Real "capitalists" do not crush or destroy or devalue nature's critical ability to produce critical flows, abundant riches such as oxygen to breathe as O2, water to drink as H2O, rich organic topsoil and soil+makers to grow green enough to keep human cities alive day to day and minute to minute: Ironically human cash systems count the most critical flows/cycles/productivity for life the least....and the least critical stones and walls the most, the most deadly the most illogically, stupidly, devaluing and crushing the critical producers of life's critical but uncountable flows/cycles/productivity impossible to count in cash.
We need an economic system that enables us to protect those fragile but critical natural resources, uncountable links, nodes, strands connecting life's producers for consumers, consumers for producers .... that we need to keep human cities alive......
Ancient civilizations invented "civil government" as a critical tool to protect those critical but uncountable abilities of nature and life n earth to produce enough to consume and to consume enough to produce now and forever.
Humans learned to build public infrastructure foundations, urban cities for large populations to survive....to access safer, more affordable flows of critical flows from nature, O2, H2O, food from topsoil, shelter from forests far beyond the urban walls....to keep humans in cities alive day to day and minute to minute.
But humans often limit counts to the private, immediate, obvious, everyday, cash-driven world of thick, linear, flat urban walls and barriers, traffic, electronic controls that shape our definition of "reality" and what we see and feel as individual persons, part of a "public"...
But the "public" world seems remote to many, very hidden to very young children who learn to care about others and life's wonders by exploring beyond only one private space of only one obvious now tethered to electric wires.
Humans need to explore far beyond the obvious to discover empathy for the non-self....to discover nature's amazing wonders ....to learn scientific literacy and the ability to "connect the dots" of the diverse enough to understand the complex of style and complex global world views of by for public prosperity and peace.
When a people become confined in only one, privatized, immediate, obvious metallic/concrete/asphalt/glass/speeding sphere of dead, linear, flat surfaces and deadly cashflow floods, then....linear assumptions, erroneous assumptions and deadly cashflow floods of the negative shape human behavior into the desensitizing, erroneous assumptions and virtual illusion and mirage, where political and cash-driven desires "cherry-pick" and mold selection of scientific "facts" to bias and artificial, deadly outcomes for our world to funnel all flows of resources into privatized cash pots of by for only 1%....at public taxpayer expense.....throwing immoral costs onto the other now and generations from now....crushing life on earth...obvious or not, counted in mechanical rates of cash or not.....as in self-destruct.

Life shares freely to survive and to thrive, however.

But human cash can also build great human cities, great human civilizations, great human legacies. Do we want positive outcomes or to self-destruct?

Shade for Sale: Solar energy could easily power all energy needs on earth x 11,000....so why is Iowa even considering construction of a deadly, dirty, disgusting fossilized tar sands pipeline that will crush life on earth?
Why is Iowa even considering allowing deadly, dirty, disgusting tar sands to invade our state when harvesting free, affordable, safe renewable energy for US could turn hell into heaven?
Fact: We do not "need" dirty dead energy of dead, fossilized tar sands or fricken fracken to drive our state or nation or world into extinction, to cause hell on earth....blaming my god erroneously.
Crushing and destroying the fragile but critical natural resources that keep humans alive is not "necessary" or "convenient" when it crushes and destroys the critical flows of air, water, topsoil, green photosynthesis that human cities need to survive day to day and minute to minute....
When human industries crush the ability of nature to produce critical flows for life or to clean up human messes such as climate chaos....then human industry cashflow floods and contamination and destruction of nature's fragile but critical resources such as air, water, topsoil, green is not "necessary" or "convenient"....

The fossilized Koch Brothers put Iowa Senator Joni Ernst into my US Senate in 2014 to represent their deadly fossil fuel industries....instead of the People of Iowa. Fact.
US Senator Grassley continues to vote to lift the GOP up....even though he is a farmer...and farmers need "public representatives" that protect and defend the fragile but critical ability of their agricultural lands to produce enough life to harvest to survive and thrive "economically...." Yet Senator Grassley stated last year that the only waterways we need to protect are "navigable waterways"....meaning that he does not understand the importance of our earth's "water cycles" of many forms of H2O that hold our fragile web for all life intact. I was shocked to hear that from a farmer from Iowa.
He and Governor Branstad with a bipartisan team do understand the importance of Renewable Energy for Iowa with a bipartisan team of Iowa lawmakers who understand that our nation needs to harvest free, Renewable Energy to survive and to thrive, however.
So I am puzzled why Iowa and the IUB are even considering allowing a dirty, deadly tar sands pipeline to rip apart our state, climate, ocean, lands, nation, world....

My Iowa Utilities Board/ IUB and Iowa is foolishly considering authorizing dirty, dead tar sands to invade my state of Iowa on the richest topsoil, to say "yes" stupidly to the dirty, dead, fossilized, privatizing, deregulating, cost-shifting Texan dirty tar sands robber barons, Dakota Access, LLC to sell our state to the highest cash-driven bidder, permission to rip apart and ruin some of the best prime agricultural land in the world ....in Iowa...... diagonally through the heart of my state....and to pump death gases into my air that will sentence life on earth to certain extinction (McKibben, )..... so that he/she and his/her pawns that claimed they needed union "pipeline jobs" when shipped in to claim they represented the communities of America deceitfully ..to push dirty tar sands down our throats ...and fill private bank accounts of by for a cash-driven oil+archy of by for only 1% with cashflow floods from Iowa crushing our caucuses ......at our expense, destroying life on earth.
The real reason for considering cashflow floods from Dakota Access to the privatized public Republican coffers in Iowa?
The real reason for this invasion of toxic forces is not the public or private health or safety or well-being of the People of Iowa or America.....

Infinite free supplies of free wind energy could also satisfy all energy needs on earth numerous times (AWEA, 2015; Jacobson, 2015; The Solutions Project, 2015).
Water and waves also could satisfy all energy needs on earth numerous times (Inhabitant, 2015)...
That's not including growing, amazing potentials of geothermal, shade, biofuels such as lowly potato electrolytes, gravity, free ElectroMagnetic fields and more, our kids imaginations and energy, smarter calculations of by for energy efficiency and conservation with smarter, greener, more absorbent cities and a smarter grid and population as a huge fuel equivalent, studies of historical methods of energy use and harvesting, logical economics of nature's abilities to produce critical flows enough to satisfy basic critical needs wants desires dreams of living organisms impossible to count in human rates of cash, the need to count more than human rates of metal coins that crush life to value the invaluable, the priceless, the uncountable critical flows, cycles, logic, productivity of by for life on earth enough to connect the disconnected/opposites enough to activate hidden genetic potentials in every living organism enough to lift all up to light enough to grow heaven on earth instead.

Dinosaurs can't caucus
Iowans...please caucus today to leave the dinosaurs in the ground where they belong:
Let the fossilized dinosaurs sleep to stop causing hell on earth.
Harvest Renewable Energy and Green Our Cities to grow heaven instead.
Please redefine our word, "eco+nomic" as more than mechanical rates that crush us...
Please redefine our word, "eco+nomic" enough to grow critical, productive, green, absorbent watersheds producing critical flows enough to nurture us enough to grow heaven on earth instead....
Every living cell, seed, seedling, soil, self, whole wants to reach up toward light of our sun enough to grow upwards enough to produce abundant riches to count ....plus to produce critical but uncountable flows, cycles, productivity of air and water and life, uncountable, inalienable flows, cycles, infinite integration of O2<=>CO2 cycles balancing life on earth inalienable from rich, green, absorbent, productive water cycles producing rich, organic topsoil and soil+makers to grow green and to grow countable food and shelter to keep our human cities alive day to day and minute to minute.
But some just don't get it....and limit their counts to mechanical rates of human cash that crush us.
Caucus for Bernie, please. He gets it. He understands that we need to reach far beyond the obvious and countable to count and value the critical but uncountable flows, cycles, productivity enough of by for growing life as much .....as we count harsh rates that crush us.

But some just don't get it and continue to limit their counts to harsh, absolute, artificial, dictated, mechanical, obvious, immediate, privatizing rates of human cash that crush life on earth....forgetting what they're counting, crushing logic of life.
Can we redefine our word "economy" now as more than mechanical rates of stones that crush our kids....enough to grow heaven instead?
