The IUB/Iowa Utilites Board
has failed today: The IUB was legally
bound to verify that the tar sands
pipeline that Dakota Access and my UIB are ramming through Iowa illegally are
both "necessary" and "convenient" ....but they have failed
to prove the minimum standards for approval…...to meet minimum legal standards
to push the "dirtiest fuel on earth" (McKibben 350.org)....toxic and
deadly tar sands crushing and destroying some of the richest and most
productive topsoil in the world, on earth.....Dakota Access bribing my IUB to
approve the very dirty and deadly and toxic and messy and destructive tar sands
pipeline today, 3/10/16.....the same day that 3 of the petroleum/fossil fuel
industries ganged up on Our Children's Trust/OCT in Eugene Oregon to try to
block the OCT litigation against the United States Government that promised in
1990 to lower carbon emissions....but has done little if nothing to try to
lower carbon emissions that have caused catastrophic climate
change/heating/chaos this decade, 3 to 5 of the most powerful frankenstorms
ever to hit land in the last 3 to 5 years (mostly in the South Pacific)..... to
destroy Iowa's rich agricultural heritage and the foundation of Iowa's
productive economy that produces enough to help to feed the world....to rip
apart lands and lives throughout Iowa.
Block this tragedy, Iowa.
Most ironic, Iowa's
Republican Governor stood up and spoke out for clean energy action just weeks
before this travesty....to sign a (US) Governor's Clean Energy Accord
representing about 17 states and about 40 percent of the US Population.....to
strive to work to lower global temperatures by reducing carbon emissions....to
switch from dirty, fossilized dead energy as soon as possible ....and to work
now to switch to Renewable Energy to free our nation and world from the
catastrophic costs and consequences that Exxon and other fossilized dead energy
industries are ramming down America's throats.
The dirty, deadly tar sands
industry is also ramming a dirty and deadly tar sands pipeline through Texas,
also a national leader in wind energy.....even though the dirty dead tar sands
industry is on life-support in critical care....and American Taxpayers are
paying the outrageous and illogical bill....that Iowa is sending to you.
At the November IUB
"public hearing".....I told the IUB that:
* solar energy could
satisfy/meet/supply/produce enough energy to satisfy/meet all energy demands on
earth x 11,000 (ETOM, 2013)....
* wind energy could
satisfy/meet/supply/produce enough
energy to satisfy/meet/supply all energy needs on earth also numerous times
(AWEA 2015)....
* water and waves could also
satisfy/meet/supply/produce enough energy to satisfy/meet/supply all energy
needs numerous times.
So why did the IUB even
consider ramming a stupid and deadly tar sands pipeline through the heart of
Iowa?

• Dakota Access and other fossil fuel industries conspiring to
attack voices defending our common climate by scheduling 2 landmark cases for
climate on the same 2 days, March 9 to 10, 2016….same day that 3 of the
petroleum/fossil fuel industries ganged up on Our Children's Trust/OCT in
Eugene Oregon on 9 March 2016 to try to block the OCT litigation against the
United States Government for failing to protect Our Children’s Trust….Public
Trust Law to protect uncountable, inalienable, indivisible but critical flows
cycles logic synergy productivity of by for life on earth including entire
earth systems that buffer humans from extremes enough to grow life on
earth….enough to survive and thrive….enough to hold our fragilew web for all
life intact……..our US Government that promised in 1990 legislation to lower
carbon emissions....but has done little if nothing to try to lower carbon
emissions since then…..carbon emisions of the last 35 years, the last 150 years
that have caused carbon levels to hit deadly levels causing catastrophic
climate change/heating/chaos this decade, such as causing 3 to 5 of the most

• A conspiracy of a cash-driven fossil fuel industry that limits
its counts to mechanical rates of human cash…..blinding us to the costs and
conseq uences of actions…….to ram a
dirty dead pipeline through Iowa to destroy Iowa's rich agricultural heritage
and the foundation of Iowa's productive economy that produces enough to help to
feed the world....to rip apart lands and lives throughout Iowa, America and our
common world ….the IUB authorizing that shamefully.
• Most ironic, Iowa's Republican Governor stood up and spoke out

governors) and about 40 percent of the US Population.....to strive to work to
lower global temperatures to keep global heating under 1.5 to 2 degrees C
(since the beginning of our human Industrial Revolution) by reducing carbon
emissions....to switch from dirty, fossilized dead energy as soon as possible
....and to work now to switch to Renewable Energy to free our nation and world
from the catastrophic costs and consequences that Exxon and other fossilized
dead energy industries are ramming down America's throats.
• Ironically, Iowa has become a leader in Wind energy, Renewable Energy….producing
more than 30% of Iowa’s energy needs with wind energy…..with bipartisan support
for wind energy (renewable energy) from all Iowa Senators and
Congresspersons….even Steve King (!)…..in our US Congress…..so this IUB act to destroy
Iowa becomes puzzling and perplexing and
illogical..because their decision to allow Dakota Access to build a dirty and
deadly tar sands pipeline through Iowa, the “dirtiest fuel on the planet” that
means “game over” for our battle against extinction on earth (McKibben,
350.org)
• Ironically, Iowa has also become a leaders in risk management
….because during the Great Depression and during the Farm Crisis of the 1980s,
those interested in managing risk came to Iowa to try to soften the blow of
those hit by inhumane hardships….but our Iowa Utilities Board has just accepted
immoral risks, costs and attacks on Iowa’s lives and lands….assuming
erroneously that privatized cash profiteering justifies all. But it does not and they are wrong, very,
very wrong, wrong scientifically, wrong mathematically, wrong eco+nomically,
wrong eco+logically, wrong morally and often wrong legally….though trying to
rewrite human books of human history, human science, human law to sell the
immoral to the unsuspecting of by for privatized cash profiteering for only
1%....at our public expense, taxpayer expense, our own childrens’ expense, our
own expense stupidly.
• Fact: Humans through
history have
o PRIVATE/IMMEDIATE/OBVIOUS/CASH-DRIVEN/CONSUMPTIVE WORLDS OF
